Master Suites Hotel - Waldorf

Not worth it!

So, I spent 2 nights here for New Year's. First room had a broken door, and it was freezing. The tub was filthy, the toilet didn't flush, and even after switching rooms, it smelled like pickles. At least the front desk lady was super nice. The picnic area was okay, but seriously, these suites are more like a motel vibe.

Advertised internet was not present and was one of the reasons I booked. There were also two rooms at the end of the building that seemed to have at least 5 to 7 people staying in them and were very loud.

It had a full kitchen and bathroom.

The Internet did not work, spIders everywhere and breakfast was a joke. The a/c unit was very loud that the tv volume had to be turn up every time it came on. The microwave was loud too. The room was full of smoke and other odors. The hotel is for backpackers not a family with young kids especially with health concerns.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with a marvellous and extremely friendly staff. The services were excellent, offered us good free Wi-Fi. Location: the property was close to Waldorf, Maryland, and certain areas. Furthermore, pretty much next to everything.

This was a favourable location close enough to several Universities with many students and certain areas and the active train tracks.

The spacious room had potential, yet it was marred by cleanliness issues, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. Despite the friendly staff, inadequate amenities like a broken refrigerator and a non-functional Jacuzzi took away from the experience. It felt unkempt but could be great with proper care.

The spacious Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite was a good surprise, with cozy corners and bright decor. The kitchen amenities, and I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the building.

Better cleaning practices would enhance guest experience.

The master suites were very accommodating for my family with pets. The management was helpful, we had rooms when we extended our stay. It's convenient for military families transitioning to a new area, and it's close to various amenities in the area.

Ideal choice for a weekend adventure in Waldorf with excellent value for money. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful when I checked in. Make sure to check in after 3 PM to avoid any hassle.

Had a blast with my friends! The gym was excellent for hitting our workout goals, and the rooms were super clean and comfy. Great value for the price, especially with the nice kitchenettes. Just a heads up, be sure to check in after 3 PM to avoid any hassle.

Fitness center was decent but the laundry facilities were not maintained well.

The location is also advantageous, situated close to major roadways and local amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, efficiently assisting with my check-in process and addressing any inquiries I had .

Cleaner and more maintained facilities are needed.

Our room had a terrible smoke smell that hit us as soon as we walked in. The carpet and furniture had stains everywhere, and it really made us question what we were walking on. We couldn't take it and had to leave right away, super disappointing.
